Very nice looking cue. I have a question. My son was looking over my shoulder and asked if the dash ringwork could be done with MOP inlays as well? I have vever seen one like that before so I said I would ask. Thanks for sharing.
 
i think it can be done,but mother of pearl is crazy hard to cut without inhaling
dangerous particles and unless you can buy pre-cut pieces or are able to cut the pearl under water,it is a health risk
or so i heard
 
I love old school the best.

MOP dust by the way is not toxic. It can, however, cause interstitial lung disease kind of like asbestos. But then so can Ivory....and you cue makers machine that stuff. :rolleyes:

When cutting/machining such things wear an appropriate mask.
