Identifying cues is fun!

Lets see what we can do with these veneers.

Cue Number Five: Cue Fix nailed it, it's a Viking.

There are a couple of dead ringers, a couple of zingers, and one curve ball.

Well, I was hoping more would give it a shot.

Cue fix nailed a couple of them. Well done!

As I said in the original post, "a couple of dead ringers, a couple of zingers, and one curve ball".

Here are the answers/identities:

1) Cobra Cue, Asian Import (points are sharp, even, and very well done) (a zinger)
2) JOSS Cue, 1970's, my player (a dead ringer)
3) Meucci, 84-4, yellowed, colors of the veneers have bled, needs refinished (a dead ringer)
4) Mizerak, Asian inmport (points are sharp, even, and very well done) (a zinger)
5) Viking, 1980, 3 point vinyl veneers, WICO blank I believe (a curve ball, you could have said WICO or Viking)

Thanks for looking.

I am considering doing one with ringwork....and maybe one with joint pins....and maybe one with bumpers....or weight bolts......maybe butt caps......we'll see. Should think up a prize though. This isn't easy. If you think it is we had a knowledgeable person guess Scruggs for a cheap Asian import that many would pass by at a garage sale. :)

For those that are observant, my signature might have helped.
