Up for sale is this 2005 Custom Shurtz by Bob Owen. He performed some special inlay work on this one from a standard model. Here are the specs for the cue.
* Gabon Ebony Forearm and Buttsleeve
* 4 Floating "Amboyna Burl" Points
* Spear Inlays between the points
* Amboyna Burl Inlays in the Buttsleeve
* Spear Inlays between the Buttsleeve Inlays
* Radial Pin joint (Installed by Keith Josey. At the time this cue was built, Bob only offered 5/16x14 pin and I wanted radial. I had Keith install pin.)
* 2 shafts - 12.75mm (small lift in each)
* 19.5 ounces
* Custom Joint Protectors made by Jim Baxter ($90 value)
This cue would cost over 1300.00 to build today. The finish is perfect, butt rolls straight. The only issue with this cue not being perfect is the little lift in the shafts and THATS ALL.
I beleive that with the shaft lift I am pricing this cue correctly. I can do NO LONGER FOR SALEshipped to your door.
Really not looking for a straight out trade...need cash! Cash plus a small trade may be the answer, but rather sell outright.
