I am offering this very rare Ebony titlist built by Paul Mottey in July of 2004. This cue is a playing machine and it definetly gets the attention of the purists. The cue has maple / purple stitch Szamboti ringwork... A genuine lizard wrap that feels incredible..Ivory joint, ferrules, and Hoppe ring.. I could go on and on about how rare and how cool this cue is but I will just let the pictures do the talking..This is not a dark rosewood titlist..It is an Ebony titlist.. Specs are:
Butt~ 15oz...3/8-10 Pin
Shaft#1~ 3.7oz..12.78mm
Shaft#2~ 3.8oz..12.93mm

TRADED!

Mttey Cues Hits Remarkably Well

I purchaed my first Paul Mottey cue recently and it weighs 18.5 ozs & has a piloted ivory joint. I saw your cue has a flat faced full ivory joint like my Tim Scruggs cue has. The piloted ivory joint isn't my favorite choice for a cue joint since I'd much rather have a flat faced total ivory cue joint. Nonetheless, I am still amazed how great my Mottey cue plays, even better than my Scruggs cue that weighs 18.2 ozs so the weight of my Mottey cue and Scruggs cue are very comparable. And the Mottey cue definitely has become my favorite playing cue, even with a piloted ivory joint.

After seeing photos of your Mottey cue and noticing it has a flat faced ivory joint which is my favorite type of cue joint, I have to confess I'm jealous. If all Paul Mottey cues play as great as mine does with a piloted ivory joint, then I'm thinking one of his cues with a flat faced ivory joint like your has to be absolute "Nirvana". I'm betting your cue has to play and feel even better than my Mottey cue does which is hard for me to ever imagine since I already thought my cue is and was a pool player's dream come true.......You lucky SOB.....good luck with the listing.

Thanks for your comments.. I would possibly trade for the right cue by a known maker.. I would definetly be interested in a Franklin SW or a block letter Joss..A Josswest or a rare Palmer or something along those lines..Also would entertain cash offers ..
