The Action Report will be streaming the 2012 US Open One Pocket and US Open 10 Ball events again this year. OB Cues is our presenting sponsor. Kamui, Simonis Cloth and CSI are stream sponsors this year. We kick off Thursday May 10 with the One Pocket event and the 10 Ball starts on the 14th.

The streams will be Pay Per View with options for an entire event or by the day. At the end of each days play that days matches will be looped until two hours before start time on the following day.

I am running behind on getting the info put out due to going in a hundred directions at once. Between TAR 25 and tearing down the studio to move everything to the Riv. The One Pocket tournament schedule has the fiorst match of the day starting at 10 AM Pacific and the last match of the day starting at 10 PM Pacific with rounds starting every three hours. We do not plan on covering every round every day. The determining factor on starting early or going late will be the draw.

Some matches will have full coverage and some will just have a static camera. It is a fluid situation to say the least. The draw will determine the coverage basically. The stream will run 22 hours a day though with recorded matches being streamed when we are not live.

I'll have more info on on Wednesday after the draw and post it here and on our Facebook page; http://www.facebook.com/theactionreport .

Here is a shot of the arena in the early stages of assembly:

Last year's event was a great time and we hope if you like On Pocket you will join us again this year.

Justin

I just wanted to thank you for all your hard work.

I'm confident it will be a great event, and one to watch for sure. I love the looping of the video afterwards. Often times I can't watch the match, but the loop gives me the opportunity to catch it later.

Keep up the good work!

Looks like some pretty good matches potentially all the way through. The 1pm matchup I like best is Bustamante vs Shuff, but there is also Strickland/Immonen and Charlie Bryant/Bartram.

The 4pm match I like is Joyner and Ike Runnels. This is gonna be a great weekend for one pocket fans.

Thanks again for the coverage Justin, Mark, OB Cues, Kamui, and Simonis.

I'm surprised by some of the entrants- for example, you rarely hear about Mika or Appleton playing 1 pocket

I wish I could watch the 1 pm match between Mika and Earl, but I'll be at work. Oh well!

If someone who is in Vegas wants to make a sweat bet on the winner of this tourney, both pick 5 players let me know.

How big are the pockets for these matches? After watching the Hard Times tournament, these pockets seem like buckets
