I really love showing this cue off so I don't care if I sell it or not. But I'm sure if has a more well deserving home then my closet!!
The cue is signed C. E. Willard. I was told he was from Chicago and invented the Willard Tip Tool. From all the research I could find that mans name was James Willard. Seems like a weird coincidence though.
I have seen signed Rambows in worst shape sell for more.
In my honest opinion, I would rate this cue about 70-75%.
It has the traditional brass joint.
Ivory hoppe ring.
ORIGINAL bell shaped ivory ferrule.
ORIGINAL wrap.
One of the veneers is chipped at the top of the point which I show in a photo.
I believe it is Brazilian Rosewood which is the 2nd rarest titlist blank.
I am asking $1800.
For some reason it will not let me attach pictures. You can view a few of them here. Serious buyers can get more with an email address.
