Hi guys Steve Hebert of (Abear cues) is retiring from building custom cues and wants to sell everything in his shop! So he asked me to post it here for him!

I talked to him yesterday via the cell # listed. At this time he'd like to sell the shop complete. Seems he's got a full-sized metal lathe he uses for most ops and another 1 or 2 for tapering. He didn't have an itemized list, but he's got wood and bone, etc.
 
I guess this means that my plan to send Steve a 1991 8-point Abear for restoration is off the table...:confused:
Oh well, I should of sent it back when I had the chance.
You snooze you lose in this business.

You finally decided to retire, so did you get the new travel trailer you talked about when I saw you a Rusty's. I found one I like but I'm waiting to see if my son wants to keep this house or just sell it. We were in Vegas for three weeks this time so we didn't go any where else, thats why I didn't try to come up To Oregon.

I was at Steve's shop last week and there was not that much left on wood. I picked some linen but most of the wood I bought I will use it for coring.
He does have a nice Logan metal lathe with vs and 2 nice tapering machines.
One of them was a Rockwell with 3 taper bars with original SW taper and the SW butt taper.
Steve is an awesome person to deal with.
