Pay-pal is coming

We are working on Pay-Pal as 1 type. I don't like the looks and working with our bank in making a credit card link. So, the answer is yes. At this time I will be collecting all money September 22 at Top Hat Cue Club. If you like to pay before hand feel free to drop all entry's at the room. I do have a question for all the One Pocket Players out there.
I have some ideas for speeding up the game.

1. Shot clock?
2. Disallow intentional scratches?
3. Spot balls, there will be only 3 balls allowed in the kitchen or behind the head string?

We will go over 3 different ways before money will be entry fees will be collected .
