Need help identifying this cue

A friend of mine picked up this cue and we are wondering if anyone can help us identify who made it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello. The cue may be a Syra-cues made by Ron Kadey out of NY. He lives in a suburb of Syracuse, hence the name I think.

to me it looks like a RM... maybe its an old Randy Mobley logo?
