One the kids at my local poolhall recently bought an Orchid pool cue, they're made by Falcon cues. He wants to get joint caps for it, but doesn't know the pin size. I tried one of my 5/16x14 caps and though the diameter looked about right, there were too many threads. My guess is 5/16x18, but I want to be 100% sure before I tell this kid to drop his allowance on ebay. Anyone know fo sho?.

Pulled out my old orchid just now. If they havent changed the pin size, then yes its a 5/16-18. Just count how many threads there are per inch.
