There are so many beautiful cues here, I figured I'd mix it up with something ugly.

I present to you the greatest break cue of all, the Travesty 2K12

(Pardon the table, my coworkers keep the office messy)

Starting its life as your standard Action Cue (one of the "house cues" for the table at work), the shaft encountered an unfortunate accident. Apparently my coworkers thought it was funny to use it as a baseball bat for ping pong balls. The stone columns thought otherwise.

The poor Action Cue was one foot in the grave, but alas, we said we can rebuild it faster, stronger, but we don't want to spend any money.

First came the duct tape body armor. We had to put a bandaid on the buttcap because the breaking power was causing too much back pressure.

1 extra Carl's Cue break shaft later (extra from a friend's "Breucci"), The cue was reborn. In fact, The Travesty's spirit animal manifested itself into the forearm. (ignore the sharpie from the previous pic).

All in all, I haven't broken with cue yet, for fear that I may lose my arm.

Wish me luck, I hope I don't take someone down.

lol.....

On a side note, you guys see the Duct tape with all the crazy designs (college logos and all kinds of guy and foofoo stuff). May be on to something with this....

So I got to break with it yesterday.

Yup, breaks like a piece of crap too. The balls still spread, it just didn't feel good, at all.

I missed my old Cuetec Breaker Project (sold to a leaguer for cheap)

Just got a J&J break/Jump off ebay (with a Samsara tip already installed) for $80 shipped, so giving this to a buddy.

what's the wait to get one of these? if it's under 9 years put me on the list and tell me where to send my deposit!!!!!

I used to have a duct tape wallet. I would still have it if my wife didn't make such a big deal about it. She always got embarrassed when I broke it out. Damn thing was indestructible. Oh well....

I can't understand why you didn't go with the black duct tape for the wrap in hadle area.

i duct taped my wrap for a while. everyone loved the way it felt. since i used black duct tape it didn't look bad either. one guy even said he thought it was like eel or something

It depends. I have to acquire exotic tapes that only age once a century in the waters of Zeus' toilet of mount olympus. I take a 200% deposit up front, and give you back money once it's done.

All I had was silver. I was really really tempted to make a "wrap" out of a tshirt from my buddy's Bachelor Party.

Good old "Industrial Strip Gentlemen's club" wrap would've happened, but then the stick would be too powerful for any mortal at that point.

That's awesome. A perfect match to Duc's custom cardboard case.
