Nice, antique Brunswick wall rack. Holds 12 cues, and generally came with Anniversary tables.

Is this the one with the rubber 'string' going through the holder? Had it been replaced? Are there replacement 'strings' available? Got any extra?

I have one like that on the wall in my garage. it uses little rubber dowels that go through the wood and each side holds one side of a cue.
