Following cues remaining - pics on web-site (prices are shipped, insured).
Please send inquires to: oldsplice@bellsouth.net

1.Mottey (SOLD) - full-splice with leather wrap - ivory Hoppe ring, delrin joint, one shaft, Moori medium. Refinished by Paul last Fall and used sparingly since, shaft blueing. Pictures link in my signature

2.Rauenzahn Cocobola ($650) - ivory joint, 4 cocobola points and butt very highly-figured, black leather wrap, ivory Hoppe ring, 2 shafts with ivory ferrules, cocobola/ivory jp's. Fantastic condition, shaft blueing.

3.Hightower j/b (SOLD) - water buffalo tip. Beautiful cue with bacote accents and it breaks and jumps great - same one pictured on Chris' website.

4.Brunswick 26 1/2 (SOLD) - streaky Purpleheart, leather-wrapped, partial decal, extra-long points with very colorful veneers. Refinished with Tung oil, French polish on butt. Points are part purple, part tan, but is very streaky purples. Points start higher than 1920's or post-1930's Brunswick 4-veneers, so these are ideal for full-splice conversions.

5.Brunswick 26 1/2 (SOLD) - orange-brown wood, leather wrap removed (still have), extra long points, very minor refinish with light sanding and French polish. Veneers colors are light, brown veneer of one point has problems I elected not to repair. Original ferrule, slight crack just under ferrule. Plan was/is to take down handle and butt, add new grip in same position, and buttcap, simple joint. Very easy to keep this full-splice, but weight would have to be added.

6.Brunswick "Signature" model (SOLD) - 4-veneer in nice original condition with leather wrap.

7.Mike Stacey Sneaky Pete (SOLD) - completely refinished with brown phenolic butt-cap added to repair crack at butt, joint/shaft re-faced. Very stiff hit, great grain in shaft. Beautiful orange-brown highly-figured wood. Amazingly sneaky and 100%. Hit is stiffer than typical Stacey.

8.Rauenzahn c.1900-10 Snooker conversion ($750) - Padauk with brown leather grip, ivory and ebony butt wedges, flat-faced ivory joint with 3/8x10 pin, one shaft (non-ivory). Was a butterfly - inverted ash points from collar. Hits incredible, but new conversion recently arrived that was designed to have same hit, or I wouldn't sell. Pics in signature below. I will gladly take it back if you don't love it. Truly one-of-a-kind.

9.Hoppe 2-piece w/dark red wood (SOLD) - bought here, hand-refinished. Very dark brown wood, possibly dark walnut or mahogany. This was originally a 2-piece Hoppe and I think would make a very beautiful conversion cue - I have pics of the points after light-sanding. No returns on this one as I feel it would bring at least $400 on ebay, but I grabbed it here before others had the opportunity and I'm sending it back. Comes with cue's history, original long white butt-cap - supposedly ivory, and grained, but I honestly don't know what it is, but not man-made.

10.Stacey Titlist conversion (SOLD) - bought here, but had to pay for some repairs and hoping to break even (I got a great deal). Hits fantastic, has two shafts - one with an ivory ferrule. Oddly, just over 18 with light shaft, about 19.5 with ivory-ferrule shaft. Very long, but uneven points, Hoppe sig saved.

11.Rauenzahn Titlist conversion ($920) - Gorgeous conversion, traditional design with ivory Hoppe ring, SS joint with thick rings, thick black leather wrap, great points, saved nice Hoppe signature with a little forearm wobble that does not affect playability. One shaft with water buffalo, one with Moori Medium.

12.Titlist 1-piece 1941-45 label ($550) - As good as these get, in great original condition with what I think is Goncola Alves wood (22 oz cue). Original thought was to add wood-to-wood joint, buttcap, and simply polish, but I have trouble cutting up such nice old examples. Black fiber ferrule, no tip.

13.Two 1970's odd-looking cues (SOLD) - picked up on ebay for the cases that were included. If you have an interest in such things email me and I'll take pictures.

14.1970's butterly (SOLD) - four points, four veneers, very colorful. Other than points, appears to be cheap overseas cue.

Like the MS SP :D
Thanks Ken - the pics are terrible on that one because no sun, so I had to use the scanner. I have been up all evening creating a web-page with pics, but I'll get better pics of this cue up tomorrow.

Cues Heading for Ebay

Thanks for all the interest in the cues - most of the remaining ones will go on ebay tonight (I hope). I never end auctions early, but if there are no bids I don't mind adding a BIN if requested. Thanks.
