You are retarded on "gutting their budget". Their budget wasn't gutted, they just didn't get the increases the cried for. They somehow have the budget to in that oh so dangerous France have a military presence in the embassy of more than 20x the size as what was in Libya. They had enough money to spend over $100,000 on electric vehicle charging stations. Huge parties, etc. They even had the money to change the pay of the people in Libya to "hazardous duty" pay, while at the same time they reduced the force there.

Its not that they didn't have the money to protect lives, its that they chose to spend it unwisely. Yes, I know you democrats have math problems, but we can't give every department an unlimited amount of money. The fed can't print it that fast.
