Sold...

Unfortunetly up for sale is a brand new test hit only Dave Jones.
Cue is 58 1/4in, I believe 19oz, rosewood/curley maple, all inlays and joint are ivory, pin is SW radial, shaft 12.75, G2 tip. This cue feels and looks amazing, pictures do not do it justice.Price is SOLD.... Dave also said if the person that buys it wants to add a low deflection shaft with it he can do a great deal on OB or Predator with matching ring work as cue same day. Cue is also on the Bay with more pictures. Bay link http://www.ebay.com/itm/Dave-Jones-...686?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4ac10c161e Any Questions let me know, thanks for lookin.

Update: I just reminded that I forgot to add that the blank for this cue was made by John Davis. So it is a Dave Jones/John Davis Titleist and it hits every bit as good as that sounds.

Man...great cue from Dave! He does nice work for sure. Curious...did he install a ring right below where the two pieces splice or did he do the rings as inlays? I am just curous if there is a pin there now where it used to be a solid piece of rosewood all the way back, and if this affects the way the cue hits. I would love to see it in person. Where abouts are you at up in Sno County? I have family in Marysville.

No Pin, That is actually why he did it. He had been wanting to do that floating ring for a some time so when I told him he could do whatever he wanted he already knew what he wanted to do. Every part if those rings are perfectly symmetrical too. So the ring definetly does not effect the hit, actually I like LD shafts and this one hits so straight that I like the feel of it as well if that gives you an idea. I live in North Bend, and I would have no problem showing the cue in person, actually I wish everyone could see it in person as pics cant compare.
