Re:Irish cue

Rick Hi, The cue is coming around now it begins to start looking like a cue. Your doing a great job love those veneer colors they will pop off that ebony. I like that you take progress pics. I will stay in touch. Rick I don't want you to rush I'm not in any hurry. You just keep doing it at your own pace. Talk to you later my brother.
Regards
Ziggy

Zig,

The ring color is emerald green but for some reason it always shows up blue on my camera phone on shop pics.

Also this cue is at final taper turn dimension and has been sealed with a heavy coat of shellac. Any discolorations or imperfections you see in the flags or on the cue will be gone during the sanding process.

No worries:

Pics with wrap...

Rick, I want you to post up some pics after you have installed the Elephant ear wrap. I'm just sitting here licking my chops. Question has there been much buzz about the cue from people that have seen it come to life? I was just wanting to know their take on what I think is one Bad ASS cue. Again Thanks Rick for all of the work putting my idea to cue I love it...:thumbup:
