Description:

Here we have a *very old* Brunswick converted sneaky made for me a few years ago by Craig Rittel, az member "Manwon". He is an expert on old brunswicks and has quite an impressive inventory of them.

The orangey-hued wood looks to be sapelle (mahogany) and is very tightly grained. An old micarta ferrule was used with a Triangle tip. This cue can pass for a new-looking house cue but it hits about 200 times better. An old-school brown bumper was added that I feel really enhances the look.

To me, this is about as pretty as a true sneaky can be. Love the color.

It is a converted, like new, test-hit only cue.

Cue is signed microscopically small between the base of two points (Craig said he didn't want to spoil the stealthy aspect of it being a sneaky pete. It's signed "Craig Rittel 9-10"

The Specs:

Butt weight: 14.2.oz

Shaft mm & weight: 12.7mm at 3.8 oz

Total weight: 18.oz

Can we see a close up picture of the joint?

Is it 29.5/29.5?

Thanks,
Ian

I apologize I missed the measurement - the cue is 59.5" split evenly at 29.75 ea.

I will also apologize in advance for the fuzzy pics I'm about to post but it should at least serve to illustrate the joint for you.

Thx for your interest.

brian kc

let's get her done today

Okay ladies and gents.

I have dropped the price on this most beautiful sneaky, so that it may find a new home today.

It is beautiful, the mahogany color is special, it is a *very old* Brunswick one piece converted to a true sneaky that can pass for a house cue but plays so much better, it had a micarta ferrule (the real old stuff) with a milkdud triangle tip and it's in magnificent condition.

How's $375 shipped to your door?

This can be your next great (and stealthy) player. :)

Thanks for having a look.

Can you post details on the shaft and vintage? How old are we talking? Is this a house cue split in half or a new shaft added?

the shaft is from another old Brunswick cue because I wanted a 59" sneaky. Both halves are from pre 1950 I am sure but I believe the butt end is from the 1930's to 40's.

thank you for your interest.
