I have been reading the threads regarding Lee and his troubles as well as the members troubles with him and his shop. Got me to thinking of the cue I had Lee build for me in 2009. It is a Prather full splice blank with straight maple. As I recall it is rosewood. Stainless steel joint, two 30 inch shafts, pro taper, both are 12.75MM with Moori medium tips. This is a 60 inch cue, 30 inch butt, 30 inch shafts. One shaft is played, one test hit only. Melamine ferrules and butt cap. Slotted mother of pearl diamonds in the points and butt, Buska rings in butt below the leather wrap. The cue weighs 20.4 ounces. I have not played with this cue in almost two years, until this afternoon, took it out and hit a few balls, still as straight as the day I received it. This is a players cue folks, that is a prime example of Lee's skill before things went south on him.
There is no damage to the finish, the only thing wrong I can see with my old eyes is a dent the size of a pin head between the bushka rings, does not go through the finish.
I am considering selling this cue if there is any interest. I think a fair price on this cue is $1000.00. PM if interested.
