Who builds cues in Magee, MS? Cue ID

Ebay score here. seller only stated that the cue was made by a guy in Magee MS. Anyone know who it may be or just take a look at the cue. The general consensus is that this is purple heart, with tulip wood rings extra long 3/8-10 pin

I'm not sure about the maker, but if you want to get rid of it please let me know. I like simple stuff. Hope you find out who the maker is and good luck.
 
Pretty sure that is an old Espiritu. Russ is about 20 miles from Magee. A lot of his early cues had that extra long pin.
 
Thanks. I really like the way it hits and the purple heart is almost as dark as ebony!

I looked him up and he did use 3/8-10pin for 1 year in 1990 before he started making cues full time in 91.
