I recently purchased thousands maple shaftwood squares and hundreds hornbeam squares.
These have been sitting in storage as squares for over 15 years.
During these 15 years some of them have warped, those will obviously be culled, other then that
there will be no cherry picking for anyone.
The maple squares are 1.1x1.2 and at least 32" long. As you can see in the picture of the end grain there
are some really tight grained squares in this bunch, off course there are some less tight ones aswell.
I feel confident in saying they average well over 10gpi with some going over 20gpi.
Price for these squares is $8.50 or € 6 each plus shipping. Since I am located in Europe shipping
will not be cheap, as a reference a 70 pound package (that would be a maximum of 49 squares) is $130
to ship to the USA, a 22 pound package (about 16 squares) is $65 to ship, even lighter packages
cost about the same. The smallest number I will ship is 16 squares for $200 shipped, the largest amount
I can ship in 1 package is 49 for $550 shipped.
Payment is possible with PayPal or with a wire transfer.
