Dave is a good friend, and team mate of mine. He was kind enough to let me take a couple pictures of his baby. He is the original owner, and this cue is in 100% original condition, as ordered from Dan face to face.

The instructions for this custom build were simple. "Build me something custom!"

This was designed by Dan, and ordered originally with 2 shafts and the Fellini case.

Upon pick up a 3rd shaft (not shown) had already been matched & made, and was waiting for him.

One of the best old school traditional cues, I've had the pleasure to hit with.

Dave's Joss

Are you sure about the date. Based on the "JOSS" logo and joint collars I think his cue is older, and much more valuable than a 1976 cue would be.

Dating is about right. The cue has an 18 Thread pin which would put it around 1975 or 74 at the earliest.

I love the old Joss cues. I have an original shaft for 3/8x10 28 1/2 in. full same stitching white material instead of maple.
