since you are new and have had few dealings maybe say you will send cue before the money to high rated members.

few if any members will send out money first to a newbie. and rightly so.
 
i corresponded with joe and i take back my reservations that i said about dealing with a newbie as joe seems as sound as most anyone here.

i also have a few of similar peppers cues and they hit well, and his is much less than i would sell any of mine for.
