an answer finally
i got an e mail today regarding the item.it said that richard had a fire in his shop and that is why the internet was down.his accountant,who sent the e mail,was the one selling it,it was his item.he appoligized and said he would send it out and i should get it tommorow.i hope so.i am sorry to hear that anyones buissness had a fire.i was honestly hoping it was a miscommunication ,but sorry to hear that.thanks to all who pm'd me and those that replied.i will update when i get it.thanks everyone,this is a great group of people.

Holy Crap!
I hope Richard is okay!! Couldn't be happening at a worse time either, with him trying to get the X347's launched. Hopefully it will not prove to be a major set-back.

update
i recieved the e mail yesterday,but rather than frown on the bad,the item showed up today.thank god.the communication was an issue but i understand after hearing what happened.couldn't be helped.the item looks good and all ok.thanks for the help everyone and i hope their shop gets up and running ok.maybe i'll get a deal on an x breaker ?thanks again

Wow, hope Richard is alright, I assume so since you still got your cue. Hope there wasnt to much damage to the shop.
