Warning bad trade deal with 8or9

I just wanted to let everyone know about my bad trade deal with 8or9 aka Kyle Aylor

In the first week of June we made a deal to trade his shaft for mine. I have tracking info that shows that he recived my shaft on June 9th. The tracking # that he gave me never worked on the usps website. I've talked to him a few times on the phone and he told me that he never got the shaft that I shiped and that he started a claim with the post office. He told me on June 21st that he would text me a picture of the tracking receipt, well I never got the text. He also told me that he would call me on the 24th with more info about his claim, well I never got the call. At the end of the day I'm just glad this was only a shaft and not something bigger. I'll just chalk this one up as a bad decision on my part.

Some guys on here are getting pretty damn brazen! I dont understand how you can deliberately take advantage of someone like that. Very glad to hear it was only a shaft but regardless...wow. ive only done a few deals here as im fairly new to azb but I have made some great relationships with people and deal with integrity and honesty. Thank you for the heads up!!
 
Good thing when a deal gets shady or suspicious I'll chose not to deal instead.

Sorry to hear about the trade go bad. I talked to him not to long ago about the deal where he was selling everything as a package I sent him an offer but then told me he had already started selling most of it off eBay and was left with the Jacoby and (your) hybrid shaft. I'm glad I didn't buy anything from him, but sorry to hear about the bad trade. I'm glad you put him on blast!
 
This really sucks being new to AZ I have made a few good friends but when I hear bad deals like this it detours me from making transactions with people sometimes . Sorry to hear about your bad experience!!
Btw there should be a button under our names where we can report someone to the page administrator in cases like these.
 
Im new and meet many good people. Its one transaction and it can happen anywhere. Do your research, iTrader and also check the persons previous posts. A lot of great people here!
 
I don't think there's any reason to be deterred from dealing on AZ in general. 99.9999% of these bad deals are on trades.

Don't trade, use Paypal with a credit card (no gift) and you're pretty safe.

This guy is nuts.. He responded to a post that I was looking for a hybrid shaft. He stated he wanted 150.00 for it. I told him I had a 314-2 shaft for a straight up trade. He agreed I never received his shaft nor did he receive. He claims I relisted the traded shaft. . THE SHAFT HE IS CLAIMING IS HIS IS A Z2 shaft. After 8 days of no shaft I purchased one on here from a different AZer with no problem. I have around 12 different LD shafts , So one must be his right? You got to be kidding me. And we're both new to AZ look at my Itrader and then his. That should reflect something.

I don't think his comment had has anything to do with how he does business one way or the other, he was just stating what happened.

Why didn't you just text him the pictures of the tracking receipt or call him? Seems like you could of at least done that but even you have to agree that the way you posted your for sale threads looks a little funny

This, despite the fact he has proof his was delivered to you, and despite the fact that you are selling the one you were supposed to send to him, to someone else??
 
I can definitely agree that the way my for sale post are, that he can easily manufacture a out right lie about the whole thing I will post a pic of the receipt from the post office. When you track the package it says tracking # not found. His says delivered. Which it has not so can he provide his tracking number to be my package and not someone else's. Second I'm receiving my claim back from the post office in a matter of days now. I always ship insured with signature conformation so things like this do not happen.any body on here that I've sold to can verify that.


Not to mention. Over the phone I told him. I will send him the 150.00 he's was asking for his shaft in good faith as I had already filed a claim with the post office. He said no he wanted my shaft.

Show me the proof it came to my address and not a bogus tracking number with just my city and state. Show me that I'll send him 300.00 right now
 
Yup definitely a bad trader.... look at the dates of the posts. .. very first one 5-25-2014......it sold... then 6-22 a m on th later he's still selling the shaft????? Then ends up with a Second shaft to sell with the jacoby..... glad I did t buy the jump break from him....this scum bag needs to be banned

I'm seeing quite a few things to back up the other guy's story.

Your cue with one shaft, then all of a sudden with two shafts.
Your ONE shaft for sale, then it's sold, then all of a sudden it's for sale again with the exact same description.
If you need money as you said in your post, you would be selling your 12 shafts since it's silly to use more than one or two after you get used to it.

If you have any interest in selling your stuff, maybe posting a picture of the shafts together since you have so many would help.

Who did you buy the other shaft from since you got it on AZB?

Well the shaft that i'm claiming as mine is the Jacoby shaft that you relisted with your Jacoby cue......but I think everyone got that but you.......so just to clear up our trade deal one more time it was my JACOBY shaft for your 30 inch Z2 shaft........do you follow?

As far as you offering me the $150 to make the deal RIGHT well only me and you know that never happened, but I will take that $150 now if you are still offering it....are you?

Or you can send me one of your 12 LD shafts to make the deal right.....if you are willing to do that I would really like to have that 2nd shaft that you have for sale with your Jacoby cue it seems really nice........I'll tell you what, since we are both in Florida I'll drive to your house and pick it up so it doesn't get lost in the mail again. I don't think either of us need that.

Also, as for your $300 dollar deal goes, well you win that one because this is the only proof i have that i shipped my shaft to you.

By the way, you can still text me the pictures of your tracking receipt or call me or you can just post them here.

That is easily verifiable, who sold you the other shaft? Lets ask him.
