He's had it for sale for at least 3-4 years if the money is right.... 2 mil is in the sweet spot if you pay him 200k for 10 years or just under 300k for 7...

Now it is a "non-negotiable" $2,000,000 and the buyer can use the name.

For some reason when I woke today I felt a million dollars richer.
Now I know why.
It's like stealin.
I hope he gets his asking price and whoever buys it does very well with it. That would give me hope in this industry.
Now I would love to see his books and see if his gross sales come close to justifying his asking. With a $15k a month rent, labor, and etc they need to have a nice weekly sales number just to cover the nut.
