This is the seventh cue of my old growth oak cue project. All the cues play terrific, but I'm partial to the look of this one. All black is linen phenolic and grip area is actually dyed purpleheart. Joint is canvas phenolic. Brandon at Jacoby Customs did a terrific job. Got a chance to see his entry for the SBE cue of the year. Check it out if you get there. It's called the Peacock Cue. It has some amazing butterfly work. The last cue is a cocobolo cue that turned out great as well. My friend LMB just put his oak cue up for sale at a giveaway price minutes ago I see. Grab his cue, you will love it.
