Over the last year I have become a huge fan of Longoni cues/shafts.
For those of us here in North America, there aren't that many Longoni dealers available.
The only Longoni dealer for Canada and one of two for USA is Heath Manning....http://manningcues.com/
If anyone has ever ordered from Longoni, the work and product is exceptional. The performance is everything I expected and more. However dealing with an Italian company, customs and overseas shipping can be difficult at times.
In my experience with Heath over multiple orders, he is one of the best dealers in terms of communication that I have had the pleasure of working with. His email confirmations are accompanied with personal phone calls on status updates. He is full of knowledge regarding the sport and his products and every one of my questions were answered spot on.
At one point, a cue of mine, along with a couple others, was being held in customs awaiting proper paperwork from Longoni because the government wanted confirmation regarding the woods used to make the cues. Heath was on the phone immediately notifying me of the delay in shipping and he was very diligent in making sure the product landed safely at my door.
For anyone that has ever used Longoni cues, the quality and craftsmanship is worth the wait. Also Heath makes sure the price is perfect too. His new site will be launching soon, and he carries all other brands, predator, McDermott, ob, etc.if that's your product.
can't go wrong with Manning Cues as your dealer of choice.
