Same problem I had, so I just quit and got my money back, never again.
Don't have time or the will to kiss cue maker's ass.

There are plenty of top makers who don't require being treated like premadonnas.

If a maker can't pick up the damn phone or answer repeated emails for weeks or
months then they're not the makers I want to spend my money on.

Besides I got to thinking how is it going to be if something happens
to the cue and I need for it to be repaired for some reason?
Will it be the same nonsense again? Hell no!

I took my money and put it on a Nitti cue instead and I could not be happier.

Besides I'm not an LD guy anyway and Chris makes awesome shafts.

Excellent. I agree with you 100 %....worst "cue buying" experience of my life. Not impressed thus far. Ordered a custom almost 1 year ago....promises 4-5 months....still nothing. Extremely poor communication with lots of excuses....

It's very simple, I will NEVER again order a custom cue from anyone.

Only way I'll ever get another custom cue is if it's being sold used.

It's a sad industry - speaking of custom cue makers - where eBay, Craig's List and other have a much better reputation.

This industry has been ruined - for me - by the bad seeds in it......and by golly there's plenty of them.

I have his number as 509-392-9015 but that's a year or more ago.

Some cue makers don't require deposits..I've not given any money down on my last 3 cues. So don't judge all cue makers by this one experience

This is the correct number. I texted him today in reference to a shaft he is building for me and got a very prompt reply.
