Open Letter To Mr. Andrews, Mr Sigel and Mr. Trudeau:

You all spouted off from day 1 on how this was going to be the greatest thing to happen to pool, and how you were not going to make the mistakes all the others have done in the past and how you were going to show us how to properly run a tournament.

This is what we have seen so far:

Shady dealings from day one on whom was "picked" to participate in the IPT.

Favoritism for elected players.

Mr Trudeau and Mr Andrews sat at dinner before the Vegas tournament slating in the spots of the players where evere they wished to put them. This is a known fact that was reported by JR Calvert of InsidePool. From what we were told, you awoke JR Calvert in the middle of the night to have him pull the article they did regarding this mismanagement of tournament bracketing.

Scout Man, Mr. Mark Trainer who is signing players to bogus contacts that rape the players, (which are actually worthless if you have signed it in the state of Nevada, because no known felon can venture into any gambling contract that includes management of players) .

Mr. Sigel and Mr. Trudeau, we all know that your have your hands in this pot with Mr. Trainer. We all know that YOU own a percentage of the players who were so eager to sign before they considered the consequences of the contact they signed with you. In some states it would be called racketeering.

There is no contact phone number for your so called office in the Chicago area. There are only email addresses. If there was really a office with a personal who forgot to mark "Saturday Delivery" on the Fed Ex parcel with the checks in it, there should be a phone where she called for the pick up at.

The ITP is full of crooks. Be forwarned people, Mr Trudeau is known for his scams, this is just one of them.

Allow me to interject, you are an anonymous face in the crowd.

Maybe your complaints would mean more if they came from someone with enough credibility to post under thier real name.

I think we should drop a lock on this. Especailly since the IPT has done nothing but good so far for the pool community, and because you are unknown to the rest of the pool world and to this forum, and because Mr. Andrews is a respected member of this community. And finally because you were dumb enough to leave Sigel spelled wrong before you hit "Post"

I'm not anonymous and while I don't know who this person is, I can say that there is some validity to what they've said. I was told some of this information a few weeks ago but haven't said anything because there's someone in the know better than myself that I wanted to talk to first. I haven't had a chance to speak to this person yet so I won't give any details to anything other than to say that before people on here call this anonymous person a liar, troll, whatever one wants to call them, just know that this person, whoever they are, is pretty deep in the know.

Whom ever the poster is is trying to hide thier identity.

They created thier account under an alias test@test.com.

Since Honesty is certainly pertinent to the topic, the accuser should pony up first with just a little credibility.

Why the trouble of hiding if it is the truth and not a cheap shot?

FWIW, whoever Big Money is cetainly seems to be an insider with valuable information. I could be wrong but for some reason, I am inclined to believe him/her.

Regards,
Koop

Some people have more to lose than others. I'm not employed by the IPT or anyone else in the pool world so I'm free to say whatever I want without fear of losing my livelihood. I certainly wouldn't speak out against my employer openly if I wanted to keep my job or against one of my customers if I wanted to keep their business.

Whoever this person is, they're either employed within the pool world or they're possibly protecting their source of information. Either way, I will say that some of the things they have said are true. Some I know to be fact, some I have not heard before, and some I've heard as hearsay. I replied to a post a couple of weeks ago in the IPT forum about Mark Trainer. In that post I stated that I was looking into a few things and had some phone calls to make. Some of those things that I was talking about in that post, this person has mentioned.

I won't sit here and tell people to take this person at face value because I haven't confirmed what I've heard yet and as I stated in the thread about Trainer, I don't want to post hearsay. I want to confirm things and post responsibly. Until I've done that, I won't confirm anything this person has said, but I will confirm that I've been told some of the things they've said.

could be a very good reason

Mr. Wilson,

If you were an IPT player or the spouse of an IPT player or even an IPT hopeful would you want your name connected to this post? I suspect the IPT "powers that be" can be more than a little vindictive. I wouldn't want to annoy KT if I was a vendor or even running or connected with running another tour. How about a room owner? Nobody in the billiards industry except very small players that can never expect to have a qualifier at their room can write freely under their own name whether the information is fact or fiction.

Plenty of legitimate reasons to remain anonymous. According to what we do know this poster isn't too far off the mark in some areas. The rest may be bible or it may be BS, I have no idea.

Timberly: In case you didn't know, the latest issue of Billiards Digest has two very interesting articles on Mark Trainer and his dealings with the IPT players.

I am not sure if Trudeau/Sigel on in with Trainer but if they are then I don't think racketeering is the correct word. It would be more like money laundering, which is also illegal. Trudeau could be using Trainer & the IPT to justify some money he had that he never claimed. Or Trudeau could just be an honest businessman that loves pool and have no idea who Mark Trainer is. Sounds like BigMoney and possibly Timberly know more than the rest of us so we will all have to wait and see to pass judgement.

So......what's YOUR NAME??????

I'll say it looks like KT tried to do something grandiose but regardless of his promises and guarantees, since he's not seeing the BIG money come in like he expected........it's screw everybody.

I know a little about some stuff going on also and alot of people WILL be upset/pissed/fuming.

Anonymously yours.

I'm not going to take any sides until some facts are presented, but in all honesty, there have been a number of things that are kind of fishy. I really hope that this tour doesn't end up failing, and hurting instead of helping pool in the end.

Cuetechasaurus = disheartened

well i was one of the first people to post against the IPT. even though i am younger than most that post on any of these topics i am probably one of the most knowledgeable. all pool players will sooner or later take advantage of their situation or ruin it for everyone else. there are many players that have no business belonging on this tour before others. they continuinly take advantage because most players are nieve with their financial statis. so many of these people that are mentioned in this forum are exploiding that fact. that is why i feel many players were left out. when many, undeserving players, were givin cards. this will continue until the end of pool in the US. the main factor that was changed for a benifit in the last event was that after the first round place was determined by victories and not dumping. though i can almost guarantee that this will continue until the end of pool in the world

[He picked who he wanted on his tour. What is wrong with that? Doesn't the UPA require players to be members of the UPA to play? I don't see them letting Earl play.
Don't all the major professional teams select who they want on their team?
]

Favoritism for elected players.

[Are you telling me that Allison and Karen do not receive favoritism. It just goes with the territory.]

Mr Trudeau and Mr Andrews sat at dinner before the Vegas tournament slating in the spots of the players where evere they wished to put them. [So? What is wrong with that? This is made for TV. Survivor just started and all the players were selected and placed in teams by the owners.]

Scout Man, Mr. Mark Trainer who is signing players to bogus contacts that rape the players, (which are actually worthless if you have signed it in the state of Nevada, because no known felon can venture into any gambling contract that includes management of players) .

[I have no knowledge at all about Mark Trainer. Is he working for himself? Is he just following the money and trying to get a piece of it?]

Mr. Sigel and Mr. Trudeau, we all know that your have your hands in this pot with Mr. Trainer. We all know that YOU own a percentage of the players who were so eager to sign before they considered the consequences of the contact they signed with you. [When I ordered tickets for the KOTH I had no trouble calling Chicago and speaking with three helpful people there. Haven't had the need to call them since.]

The ITP is full of crooks.

[That's a pretty general statement. Besides KT who esle was convicted of a crime? Are you saying that Deno is a crook? What was he arrested for?
What facts do you have that you base this on?
]

Be forwarned people, Mr Trudeau is known for his scams, this is just one of them.

This really does sound like a regular poster who is ashamed of his beliefs and hides his identity. He has no class at all.

I take back this entire post... (except for the remark about spelling Sigel wrong, that's getting old real quick)...

As of right now.... I'm all eyes and ears

Is this

you, Bernie? Are you pissed because the check didn't get there today?
If people don't get their checks by next Wednesday, I would say cause for concern is legit, until then though, I just think a lot speculation is going on.

Not Bernie. One thing for sure, he does not hide.

Using the name "Big Money" lends one to think the man, not female, has money and thinks he knows it all. Might even be a pool room owner who has too much time on his hands because he is having trouble making the nut every month due to losing his paying customers.

Well, when I said a lot less than that about
KT on CCB a while back I got a PM threatening
to sue me. I immediately clammed up.
Made me wish I had posted anonymously.
