Update: It is good to see a 14.1 scoring app for Android. I used the app on my Samsung Galaxie tablet and found it easy to set up game parameters and score the game. At the end of the game, I emailed the game stats back to me and they contained everything I wanted to know. One problem I did encounter when playing around with it was when I took 3 consecutive fouls. The app warned me when it was my turn that I was on two fouls but after I took the third foul, there didn't seem to be a way to re-rack and break the balls for me to continue on. It just defaulted to the other player on the same rack.

This was the only issue I found, otherwise it worked well for me.

The World Standardized Rule: 4.11 Serious Fouls
For Rule 6.14 Three Consecutive Fouls, only standard fouls are counted, so a breaking foul does not count as one of the three fouls. A point is subtracted for the third foul as usual, and then the additional fifteen-point penalty is subtracted and the offending player’s consecutive foul count is reset to zero. All fifteen balls are re-racked and the offending player is required to shoot under the requirements of the opening break.

Thanks for finding this problem, we'll get it fixed in the next update.

App looks great, though I am on iPhone so I can't really play around with it.

Unless I had the file, I could force install it onto my kindle through Dropbox or something !!

I'll tell my sparring partner about the app, he has an android phone

Thanks for this, I have Billiard Buddy on my iPhone but have been looking for an Android app for my 7 inch tablet.
