The Hager cue extenders are terrific. You are correct that the standard size extender has a maximum on the cue-butt diameter of 1.295". But it will fit virtually any butt that is smaller than 1.295", not just down to 1.280" (unless you have somehow significantly modified the extender).

To adjust the extender to fit a particular butt, you just have to pull the black, webbed material all the way out of the outer tube and then wrap additional layer(s) of paper around the middle portion of the webbing (to make it more snug) or remove layer(s) of the paper wrapped around the webbing (to make it less snug).

So that should significantly expand the market for your extender. Good luck!

I first ordered the sleeve from JB as my JB case dont have a slot for the extender. the length of the sleeve fits well to attach it to the handle and lower ring of the case. it is very easy to slide the extender in and out, and can hold your jump butt perfectly.
