I'm sad to bring this news to AzBilliards, but Barry has passed. May he rest in peace.

His passion for pool was so strong. Barry will be missed by many. He traveled to pool events throughout the year. I've seen him at Derby City Classic and Super Billiards Expo. He's gone to pool tournaments in England and Philippines. Wishing him a smooth transition to the next frontier in heaven.

My condolences to his friends and family. It truly is the passing of an era. Not many have done as much for pool as he has.

Barry Behrman, R.I.P.

Though Barry has passed away, his legacy, The US Open 9-Ball Championships, will continue with Pat Fleming as the promoter.

Rest in Peace Barry

A truly iconic promoter. I feel privileged to have played in his 40th US Open last year.
