I am due for a reload. Folks, if you haven't tried these tips, you should! The price cannot be beat. Order one of each, find you're preferred hardness, thank me later! I've installed at least 50 of these with zero complaints, EXCEPT, hardness preference (which I don't consider a complaint). Will email you soon, Tom.
 
I ordered 20 tips today, however it charged me a bit more - the normal $27 for ten. Not sure what I did wrong, but if it's possible to send a few extra tips to make up the difference in the order, I'd certainly be happy about that. :-)
 
Do you send to Europe- Sarajevo,Bosnia and Herzegovina and what are the shipping costs?
