I HAVE 5 BALABUSHKA CHALKS FOR SALE. THEY ARE ORIGINAL AND COMES IN BLUE ONLY. THEY ARE THE BEST CHALKS EVER MADE AND THEY DON'T MAKE IT ANYMORE AND THEY ARE HARD TO FIND. I HAVE 5 OF THEM LEFT. MUST TRY TO BELIEVE OR JUST TO OWN THEM. $28 INCLUDES SHIPPING IN THE U.S.

That is a great price for a rare collectible like this chalk!!!!!:p

I heard that Balabushka made this chalk himself, by saving scraps from all the pool rooms he entered. He then ground them up paper and all and re-compressed them.;)

I also think that the reason this chalk is so good is because of the ground-up paper mixed with the chalk.:D

PS. I have also been told that Georges finger prints are on all real Balabushka chalk, and that you should have each cube checked to make sure that it is authentic.:o

I have some, but I will only sell it to Manwon! after he sells his.
I figure he will be so lost and disparaged, that only getting some of this crapy mass produced elcheapo chalk back into his hands will he forgive the err he made in haste....letting go, ..the very chalk that is sent to me aech time i order some tips, at no charge, cause its LOUSY CHALK!

What form of payment do you take?
 
I was told by an old tymer that the indentation in the chalk was put there by George himself using.........

The original posts were from last November, and the original poster hasnt been active since 12/26/2006.
If you must have this stuff, check ebay, but heres some friendly advice for you. Stick with master chalk, it is the best there is. :)
If you are having miscue problems, not spinning the cueball like you want to etc..... chances are its a stroke issue, not the chalk.

Didn't American Cowboy Billiards (ebay internet store) give this stuff away when you ordered from them. I know I ordered a couple of things from them and always got a couple of cubes of this chalk in the package for free. Then all of a sudden this stuff is rare and people are selling boxes of 12 for $60 on ebay. I liked masters chalk better even when this stuff was free.
