After three flawless transactions with Joe over at Cue Components I had an order come in with less ivory than I ordered. Since legal ivory costs more per ounce than my first born son did even at Joe's prices, I contacted him.
We soon agreed it was a simple scale error and Joe sent the missing ivory and "a little more."
The replacement ivory arrived today, very promptly. I now have my original order in two nice slabs, several very usable smaller pieces, and a big honking slab that almost doubled my order by itself!
