Hiya Guys,
SOLD!!!!
As part of my Black Boar quest, I'm selling off a few cues. More listings will come down the pipe...but wanted to start it off with a real BANG!!

I just recently took delivery of this cue from Rick Phillippi here in Maryland. Really nice guy, by the way....and very easy going man to talk to.
Here's the intel on the cue:
-58" long.
-Weight is just a tiny, iddy-biddy hair over 20 oz. 16 oz buttsection, one shaft at 4 oz, and the other at 4.1 oz.
-One shaft has an Aegis ferrule and Le Pro tip
-One shaft has an Ivory ferrule and Le Pro tip
-Both shafts right around 13mm
-Cocobola forearm and buttsleeve
-4 Ebony points with veneers of orange, black, yellow, and black
-3/8x10 flat faced joint pin in old-school canvas-based phenolic joint
-4 ivory tiffany diamonds in buttsleeve
-Micarta dash ringwork at A and B positions
-White decorative band at C and E positions
-White Delrin buttcap
-Black Boar hide wrap
-Signed "Phillippi" on forearm, between 2 points
Cue is straight, sound, and perfect. It's a gorgeous piece of work.
This cue has some history, too. With it, I'm including the 1993 documentation from Healthware Fitness and Billiards, Inc. (of Joel Hercek fame). This paperwork includes a letter written to a dealer and signed by Mr. Hercek, as well as a photosheet of 16 cues (the Phillippi cue is #1), a 1993 price list (which has a Burton Spain cue listed for &600, too!!!), and a couple receipts. One is for the buyer of the cue in July 1993 --- a Mr. Clendenin.....and a FedEx receipt for this cue addressed by Mr. Larry Nevel...the former World All Around Champion.
I was informed that this cue, in and of itself, would cost 1400-1500 new...and that's without the heritage to go with it.
I'm gonna cut a wicked good deal on this cue, as I'm motivated, and I'd like this cue to go to somebody that will give it a proper home.
ASKING $975, SHIPPED TO YOUR DOOR.
If you're interested, hit me up in a PM, and we'll sort it out!!
