Just watched Earl break his cue on the floor after missing an easy shot. He's still favourite to beat Engert at this stage though.

Wonder why he is so mad at the cue?

Just Earl and his yearly Mosconi childish behavior.

Is he the solution, or, the problem?
 
Earl has just given a very brief but interesting interview in the practice area after walking away from the Sky Sports presenter in the main arena due to the crowd booing Strickland when they tried the interview there.

This is turning into a great Mosconi Cup - as Jerry Forsythe will put if from time-to-time "Oh baby, this one's just gotten tight!"

Straight from the Mosconi Cup website:

Strickland then stormed off when Sky Sports presenter Andy Goldstein tried to interview him immediately after the match but did then speak later on.

"I enjoyed it because I won but people don’t understand the pressure that sportsmen are put under and if they don’t understand they shouldn’t be watching sport," said Strickland.

"Thomas didn’t play well and it was a comedy of errors at the end of the match. But I couldn’t perform like I do if I wasn’t like this. It’s good for you guys because it carries on your soap opera."
 
I think i just seen them take earl away in straight jacket as well.color coordinated with his gloves too !!!! he is such a good representation of the sport.lol GO EARL GO.
