The cue would be considered a Level 2 Joss by the standards or the Blue Book of cues.
The was manufactured between 1992 and 1998 as denoted by the Joss logo on the Butt Capp.
The exact model may never be determined, and really is not important, during this time frame Joss was producing cues for Cuestix Internation and the cue designs did not have a Joss identifing number. They were however, given a identifing number by Cuestix.
Are they valuable? Not any more than any other Joss level 2 cue, New the cue most likely sold for around $190 to $240 dollars. The cue appears to be in decent condition, so I suspect that if you find the right buyer you should get at least $150 to $200 for it if it is still straight.
thank you for your response. you are right, it was purchased in '98 for $250 new and the butt is perfectly strait. however the shaft did get extremly warped and was tossed. i was just trying to find out out of curiosity. its the cue listed in my signature with the custom fitteded tibbitts shaft and hits excelent. i just don't like refering to a cue as something
