YACID (yet another cue ID)

Greetings all you smart people,

Can someone please identify this cue stick for me? I've owned it since it was new (at least I think it was new), back in 1980 (or so... the memory's a little fuzzy). It's clearly an Adam cue, but I'd really like to know the model and any other interesting things about it (if there are any interesting things to know :) )

edit: can't find model # and thought I had a catalog................ But over the years I have aquired and sold several around that model, if not that model for less than $100 :(

swest, its a cb-21 wholesale cost in 1981 was $30.

Wow! $30? Man, $30 wholesale sure bought a lot of cue stick 26 years ago. :D
