EDIT - THIS WILL AIR IN JUNE 2007
As many of you are aware, Semih Sayginer will be challenged on ESPN2 by Eric Yow (me) and Mike Massey in two thirty minute shows, to air on May 6. In my estimation, Semih is the best of the best in what he does on the Billiard table and it is an honor to compete with him. Mike is arguably the best on the pool table and I'm not too bad myself, but neither of us play 3 cushion. At least, we didn't before we started practicing for this challenge! Now, we're on top of things. Well, I guess you should be the judge of that.
Below is the promo video that I made of our practice last weekend in NYC, working at Carom Cafe with Miguel Torres. (btw, he's awesome!) Check it out! I put it on youtube for convenience sake, but you can download a higher quality version (70mb) at my website if you like.

Take note that each shot is a legal billiard, though very "artistic" in nature. So, be prepared when watching the show "Artistic Billiards Grand Master" on ESPN2 to see all legal billiards - no props, no bridges, no snapple bottles, nothing! The only thing extra that might be on the table is a pin (like a marker) for us to encircle or travel beyond before seeing a nasty masse take action on the felt. Enjoy!
Your comments will be welcomed and considered diligently during production of the show.
