Turning Stone Classic IX 9-Ball Open

All of the players in this event will receive a substantial discount on hotel rooms at Turning Stone. However, this "block" of rooms will only be held for so long before they go back into circulation for other guests at the regular price which is another reason to enter early.

Summer is a busy time at Turning Stone which is the Northeast's premier golf destination with 5 top award-winning championship courses.

The PGA Tour announced that the Turning Stone Resort Championship will be the first of seven tournaments in the 2007 PGA TOUR Fall Series.

Turning Stone's Atunyote Golf Club, which hosted the PGA Tour's 2006 B.C. Open, will feature the Turning Stone Resort Championship event on September 17-23, 2007 in Verona, NY.

Again, the previous eight Turning Stone Classic 9-Ball Open events were filled to capacity with many players being "shut out" so enter early!

To enter, you must contact Mike Zuglan at 518-356-7163 or via email at mike@joss9balltour.com .

I spoke to Mike Zuglan today and he said that he had over 60 paid entries to date.., Players call daily and he receives checks in the mail just about everyday.., The field is limited to the first 128 paid and I would think that it won't be long before he has another full field with a waiting list.

Sounds like it will be a great line up as usual Dana.. I wonder if Earthquake will come out of retirement to play?

Will some one step up and beat Archer or will he make it three in a row?

...last I heard, Keith was still enjoying his hiatus from pool while playing poker on the Internet and working on improving his health but a reliable source recently said;

"The tournament trail up ahead just may be rewarding for the Earthquake. He's in good spirits, well rested, and healthy as an American thoroughbred horse"

....and speaking of poker, the 6th Annual Empire State Hold'em Championship takes place at Turning Stone during the same week as the 9-Ball event.., the Poker event is scheduled on August 11 - 20, 2007.

For complete details and information regarding this event you can call Turning Stone's Poker Hotline at (800) 386-5366 or (315) 361-8676.
