Hey guys,

I thought it best to start a new thread with a crystal clear title,
which I will bump about once a week/fortnight to make sure everyone knows to avoid Dan Cordell from Chillicothe Ohio.
His buddy's name is Bret Oliver, as far as I can tell he is from Londonderry Ohio,
avoid dealing with him too.
He got me for $225, please everyone make sure it stays at that. Do not do business with either of these guys!

This is horrible. I hate to hear stories like this. I hope the best comes out of this situation.

Sometimes things to occur, and even though he may not have a good reason, you may still get your stuff, so let's just keep our fingers crossed.

Good luck and let us know what ends up happening (if anything).
 
i hate to hear this kind of stuff...i go out of my way to make sure that a buyer feels comfortable dealing over the internet..i don't want anyone thinking that since i live across the country that i might steal from them...this is a great way to deal (AZ) if people have respect for other people on the board....joe
 
Stealing $225.00 = Plain stupid !!
Loosing the respect of others = $225.00 ???
Looks like a case of very poor math skills and or his word was not worth much in the first place !!

Don't know why you're coming down on me like this.
I think you're misinterpreting my reply.
It disappoints me to see someone getting ripped off by another member on this forum.
I guess I will refrain myself from posting my feelings about sour deals in the future.
I hope the issue gets resolved soon and I'm sorry if my post offended anyone.

I don't understand.. You have the guys phone number, His name, Where he lives... People on here have said they live close by to him and would drop by and see him? How is nothing being done about this? Someone should get this guy and make him pay up..... How can we just let this guy steal money and do nothing about it? Kinda makes me mad...

well as bad as it sounds what happens when someone confronts a guy that stole and the guy shoots, stabs, or beats the crap out of you for trying to help. i can hold my own but ppl are nuts today. they kill for alot less than 225$ that isnt even your $$$$$. if you have the guys # and address call the cops.........

I also live in Ohio and am willing to help you out in any way I can.The things people try to get away with is just sad.The members on this forum stick together and we all try to look out for each other.A low life piece of **** like this should not be aloud to remain a member of this forum.I just can't say enough how things like this just p*** me off.I wish you the best of luck getting your money back.Please keep us all informed.

It is easy to misinterpret posts on forums. I tend to over react to things I feel very strongly about- keep posting about bad deals,it's a good way to keep these guys at bay.

lets get a thread started with all known crooks names and just keep bumping it forever. the guy that ripped me is joe duram, so just add your name and give it a bump.
 
Ok, So you have a name, number and address!?!?! I hope all the emails you sent with the documentation for the money you sent?!?!

CALL THE POLICE IN HIS AREA!!! THEY WILL QUESTION HIM! CALL THE D.A. IN HIS COUNTY! THEY WILL FILE CHARGES! IF THEY DON'T CALL THE F.B.I.

He has broken laws by using a computer. That is a Felony in California. I'm sure its also a Felony in Ohio!
