I have just acquired a used Scruggs Sneaky Pete cue. Very good shape, with a few bruises. Would keep it, but gotta quite a few bills to catch up on. Both the butt and shaft roll straight, together and apart. This is the Sneaky with the branded TS logo between the points. Classic sneaky style with NO joint rings or butt cap. This is a CLASSIC SNEAKY PETE. Weighs around 19.25 oz with a weight bolt. The shaft has a tip diameter around 12.75 - 13mm. The only TRUE PROBLEM is a cracked ferrule, but that is easy to fix, and shouldn't be too expensive.

picking it up tonight!!!

I will have it after work, and will post pics then. But I have seen it before, and that is why i want to wait until I post pics, and get it in my hands. Don't want to misrepresent its condition, and hurt people on the sale.

When I first saw it earlier this week, it rolled straight. The nicks and bumps were minimal, and the main issue was a hairline crack on the ferrule. But that can be fixed. I will post pics around 9 Pm central tonight.

Here it is!!!

Well, I now have it, and here are the pictures. Has blueing on the shaft and slight blueing on the wood by the points. Nicks and bruises, and might need a refinish, but shoots great. Even the 2 cracks in the ferrule do not cause any noise when shooting with it. Shot with it for an hour, and it hits great. The only other thing I have is that it does have black rings at the joint of butt and shaft.

Anybody got a Mike Stacey to trade?

Would like to get yet another Mike Stacey cue. Anybody got one to trade? can also add a Stacey 2006 BEM with his fancy rings and 1 shaft to the trade with the Scruggs sneaky. Or any cue traders interested in a deal that would include both the Stacey and the Scruggs? Might even add a almost new SWIFT 3x5 case if the right cue comes along. White? Scruggs? Fancy Stacey? fancy josey? Pics below of the BEM Stacey and swift case.
