For all the full-splice fans out there, this is you're cue. Beautiful birdseye into ebony four veneer John Davis blank, converted by Alex Brick. My pictures do not even come close to showing how cool this cue is. The birdseye is highly figured with tons of tiny eyes, the veneers look like they are illuminated and the ebony is super dark. Big ivory ring in the butt, cool little band of ivory diamonds inlayed straight into the maple and old school ivory dots at the base of the splice. Two shafts at full 13mm with synthetic ferrules and le-pro tips. Ring stock is ivoy railroad track style, joint collar is black phenolic with a brass radial pin. Cue weighs 18.8 ozs and is dead straight. Cue is new with test hits on one shaft. I couldn't resist, the sound this cue makes when it hits the cueball is soooo sweet. If I didn't already have the best playing cue on the planet, I would probably keep this one, but never the less, $950 shipped. Paypal is ok, but you pick up the 3% fee.

Cue hits em great, nice and stiff but not overly stiff, very predictable cueball reaction.

I have been day dreaming about that blank ever since you first posted pics. The cue turned out better than what I had envisioned.

Here's to wishing my means matched my dreams! Good luck with the sale.

This is.....

This is my favorite Davis conversion to date...ACtually it ties the conversion that Wes Hunter completed a few months ago.
If I didnt have so many things on the burners and even in the oven Id buy this one.
Pathman, what is the best playing cue on the planet?...you have my attention!

My Lambros, I can't speak for all of them, but mine doesn't miss.

Old Lambros or New Lambros??

I have heard they are not all created equal...does yours have the ultra joint?

I've heard that as well, yes mine has the ultra joint. If they all played like this one, he would unquestionably be the hottest cue-maker on the planet, but then again, sometimes I feel like a lot of cues now are sold on they're appearance not they're playability.

Thanks!!!

I agree, Id love to hit a few balls with your cue...a lot of a cue is where the balance point is located and the shaft wood / taper.
I really do like this cue...Im surprised no one has jumped on it for that price.

i would guess with an Ebony front, brass radial pin, and weighing 18.8oz it would have to be front wieghted.

Yeah its a little front weighted, but not un-naturally so. Cue really plays good, but I'm not putting down my current player.

This was made from an exceptional looking John Davis blank, maybe we can made a trade, I am very interested in this cue
