There is information in there about what's required to organize a qualifier for the Nationals. The qualifiers have to be decided on by November 1st so the open entries can plan their travel. You need at least six players to have a qualifier, and the USBA provides help with new cloth and tournament admin. A qualifier is a great way to increase 3-C play in your area.
