Any help would be highly appreciated! If you need any more info or pics pls just ask! What do you think it is? What do you think is it worth?
Thank you.

It looks to me under all that varnish is a cue made in Asia in the 1970's, probably Taiwan, using an Adam Japan manufactured blank. They were sold under varuious names, Brunswick, Imperial, Rich, etc. Not a high value, one or two hundred Euro's maybe.

Thanks for your opinion. I thought it was much older.
Do you really think it isn't worth more? It has tons of inlays and the joint looks like massive ivory to me (also the ring right beneath the wrap)

Jule,

I might be wrong about this, but I do think it's a Taiwan copy of the Adam cues made in the early 1970's.

If it were an Adam cue then it would be worth more like $500 or $600 - it just looks like a cheaper cue to me and I can't match it up to an Adam design. I have seen some of these types of cues up close and the work is usually pretty bad, hand inlays and so forth. I wish I could be more help. I can't read the German so I don't know what the ad is saying.

Chris

when joe balsis died rich sluzakis sold off some of the items in joe's house and there were a bunch of cues made in taiwan with joe's endorsement. as you can see they are very similar in the points, joint, and construction.

@guycrunch

yes, they do look very much alike! they must come from the same company. thanks a lot! what do you think: how old is it and what's it worth today?

well, this one has a coa as part of the collection of joe balsis, but i don't think it's worth much. i bought a few things from the auction of joe's collection but this was just a cheap cue that he had to sell.

looks cheap . like dollar store cheap well you did want honest opinions right

maybe a joey baliboti cue ? could be worth big bucks, looks are deceiving. good luck on the cue my friend

1960's cue and worth maybe $100. I bought one about like it on ebay for less than $100.
