Hello...
Thanks AZ, you saved it from the fire!!!
cue is sold!!!

headed to the great white north...

Thanks Todd!!

seeing as how I have to go to the Post Office tomorrow, someone can get one hell of a deal... dropping this cue to $sold paypal... delivered to to your door, hell I watch it burn before I sell it for less...

- $sold delivered!!! or it will be off to my fireplace!!!... this is quite a good price, you wont find it anywhere else...

up for sale is a new/ now "test hit" poison cue... won in a tournament!!!
the cue has their latest shaft variation, this is not a 314... it is called a DD shaft which stands for Double Density...

I test hit the cue and it plays surprisingly good, like a P2 in my opinion, but much firmer... the grip is pretty cool as well... comes in their presentation box and is ready to be registered for warranty...

info from the poison site-

Shaft Information
Every potent Poison in the line of Poison Cues is topped-off with a 29?, 13mm Pro-Taper shaft that incorporates Double Density (DD) Technology.? The Double-D method uses two different densities of wood within a single shaft for optimum stiffness and playability. The Double-D method enhances accuracy by designing each cue shaft with two different densities of wood. This little secret is your all-access pass to best-in-class playability, and the other player?s toxic ticket to the Losers Circle.

there was a thread started about these cues earlier this month i think. they're not predators. is that dd shaft on the predator website?

they're not predators but the whole poison line is developed by predator. its basically predator's cheaper line of cues for those who dont wanna drop 463 on the 5k1.

What's the DD shaft all about? how does it compair to the 314-2? i've never heard of it

the info that I got on the DD shafts is that they use two different types of wood densities which produces the action that they were looking for... from the image/diagram on their site it appears that this all takes place on the front end of the cue, looks like the shaft is cored and filled with a large or deeper post/tennon set-up... like I said in the original post, the cue plays well...

hope that this helps...

Ha, I knew I wasen't The only One! I might Even Buy One of those Jump Breaks Just for the Box, Maybe I could Use the Cue Aswell. I Betcha I could Maybe Make A case Like that.

Box will go with cue...

the box will go with the cue... someday the box may be a collectors item, you never know... they,(pred) spent a lot of money on marketing and of course the box as well... but I stand by the way that the cue plays, lot of bang for the buck$$$, I do think that you have to go with the moori tip though, the factory tip is a dog...

Smilare thoughts about the pointed screw... but

How long before Poison gets sued when some bar fight breaks out and a Poison cue owner jabs that pointy joint pin into someone's eye socket?.

I say within a year, any over/under action?.

I was thinking it was designed for the bar room player that gets so sloshed he needs a little help mating the joint screw to the shaft. That should make it a lot easier "to find the hole and guide it right on in".

Price drop...

Someone buy this cue before I put it in my bag...

Price drop... now $200 delivered...
