How bout a Gulyassy/Samsara?
For a couple bucks more, $350, you can get a nice Gulyassy/Samsara j/b from Joe on ebay (comes with a basic 2x2 case):

He is great to deal with and might cut you a deal on the cost if you ask. This is the j/b I use and I like it quite a bit, though I have not ever had the opportunity to break with a Varney.

I have a Cuetec Vortex break cue with a stack leather wrap I'd sell shipped Express Mail International (5 days)to Thailand for $175. It is 19oz with a Tiger Break tip on it.
