This cue arrived this Monday and had acclimatized for a little over 1.5 days. I was off to the poolhall the next nite and shoot with it. Kam and Roy who are fellow AZBs in HK were with me and shoot with this cue.

Cue is Cocobolo/Curly Koa. Nothing fancy, a straightup players' cue. Will post up a review this coming weekend.

Eric, I hope you don't mind me using your pix first. I'll take my own this weekend and post some.

> I've never even seen a cue of Eric's in person,but I can tell that cue must be a player. Why? That is an awesome shaft blank he used there,and my understanding is that is the reason his cues seem to be hot right now,the quality of his shaftwood,among other things. Tommy D.

Yes, it's my kinda shaft. Doesn't vibrate when the CB is hit. Straight firm solid hitter of a shaft.

Just got back from Manila and the initial pix... AWESOME!!!

Here are the samples that my friend Ben Tecson came up with:

3/8x10 SS Joint and lovely Cocobolo.

Thanx goes to joeboxer for the correction on the wood handle. I've been spelling it wrong for awhile. I made the corrections now.

Ummm ... how did you take your photos? Macro? Hanging? Can you come over and take photos of my cues?
