I recently moved to downtown Portsmouth and this has quickly become my go to spot. You can't beat free pool(15 tables) from noon to 8 and cheap beer. My tab averages $15 for four hours. They also have free darts, foosball, and pinball. Comfortable couches and chairs abound.

I am on vacation in NH and went to Legends. It is a nice place with good Olhausen tables.
Unfortunately, as many Yelp and Google reviewers have found, if you are not a local regular, you are not treated well. Three of us were there for 2 hours and the waitress took great care of the league players on the next table, but did not even acknowledge us. A couple of times, we made eye contact and she turned and walked away. They lost considerable food and drink sales because of her. We told this to the people who took our table time money, but they showed no sign of caring either.
I guess if you like to be left alone, this is your place.
